Unfortunately for us Bradleys have been negligent with their Duty of Care with not adhering to their own COVID-19 protocols when showing prospective buyers around- Several times!
Can't recommend.
Toddler allowed to enter property.
More than 2 entering + Bradleys representative.
Masks not worn over nose.
Gloves not worn. (We even provided new gloves on entering property to be used.)
It was imperative to us covid precautions were in place due to our vulnerable situation with family and business; this was re-iterated to Bradleys.
Promised callback when viewings finished so we can return to our home, on numerous occasions this didn't happen.

We came to David earlier this year to chat about mortgages. Being a first-time buyer, we went into our first meeting quite confused about the whole process, but he broke it down and really spoke to us in depth about the process, we left feeling confident and clear about the process. We were presented with a fantastic range of mortgage deals which were bespoke and appropriate to us. We were guided throughout the process fully and would not hesitate to recommend David to anyone. We had a slight hiccup with our own personal situation and really appreciate his advice on the situation. We cannot thank him enough; he really went out of his way to help our situation proving no job is too small. It is clear how much knowledge and experience he has, and we will definitely use David again in the future without a doubt.

We had a great experience buying our property though Bradleys Estate Agents in Exmouth. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). Complaints Procedure
1. Bradleys is a Member of The Property Ombudsman\'s Scheme and aims to provide the highest standards of service to all our Customers. To ensure that your interests are safeguarded, an Internal Complaints Procedure has been implemented. This provides for the matter to be dealt with internally by the Office Manager or the Department Head. In the event that we are not able to deal with the matter to our mutual satisfaction after following our Internal Complaints Procedure you may refer your complaint in writing to the Property Ombudsman.
2. If you believe you have a complaint, please write in the first instance to the Office Manager or the Department Head at the address of the relevant office.
3. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 3 working days, investigated thoroughly in accordance with the established in-house Procedures, and a reply sent to you within 21 working days of receipt of your letter.
4. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the initial investigation, you are provided with a further opportunity to have the complaint reviewed by our Managing Director at the address given below:
