Bradleys were fantastic in enabling us to move in such a demanding times.
We had a bad experience with a different estate agent and were unfortunately left without a home, to which we had undergone a change of school/county under the trust that we had a secured tenancy.
Bradleys came to the rescue and restored my faith in people again! Knowing our time constraints they were super supportive in achieving a home for us in time for children to start their new school.

They were always there to answer all of our questions and always very proactive at investigating the chains that arose in quite a complex house move. We were always kept up to date with all developments at every stage. Buying and selling in these very difficult times that we are all living through was made so much easier by the team at Bradleys. Robin was so helpful in bringing additional paperwork that needed signing to our door in a very safe way, as we weren't able to go out to a Solicitor's office. The professional link through Bradleys to Ashfords, Solicitors was also invaluable as they were first class in every way. We will forever be grateful to Bradleys for their help in enabling us to purchase our forever home by the sea.

I would highly recommend Bradley's. It took quite a while to sell my property, Robin, Davina and Tracey were the members of staff who looked after my sale. They were very professional and friendly. We used Bradleys for a potential house purchase at the beginning of 2019 which we unfortunately did not complete on and also for the purchase for our current property, Each time they have been excellent. The staff have been really supportive, it felt like a personal service and we knew they genuinely cared about getting us the right property for us. With the house we bought they were absolutely key in making sure it went through quickly to ensure we could coincide our move with time off from work and we know they worked really hard to achieve this for us. We were kept constantly updated and they were always there to answer any questions we had. They made our purchase and move run like clockwork and we really did feel they were over the moon for us once we got the house we wanted. Special credit needs to be given to Davina in the Budleigh Branch who was a huge support and help throughout, but all of the staff give a highly professional service with a very personal touch, you couldn't ask for more.

Complaints Procedure
strong>1. Bradleys is a Member of The Property Ombudsman\'s Scheme and aims to provide the highest standards of service to all our Customers. To ensure that your interests are safeguarded, an Internal Complaints Procedure has been implemented. This provides for the matter to be dealt with internally by the Office Manager or the Department Head. In the event that we are not able to deal with the matter to our mutual satisfaction after following our Internal Complaints Procedure you may refer your complaint in writing to the Property Ombudsman.
2. If you believe you have a complaint, please write in the first instance to the Office Manager or the Department Head at the address of the relevant office.
3. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 3 working days, investigated thoroughly in accordance with the established in-house Procedures, and a reply sent to you within 21 working days of receipt of your letter.
4. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the initial investigation, you are provided with a further opportunity to have the complaint reviewed by our Managing Director at the address given below:
