- [ ] I am emailing to make a complaint about one of your agents (Melanie lanaghan). We have recently purchased a property in Bellshill through your organisation. We were let down on 3 separate occasions for viewings by your agent, 1 of which was 5 minutes before the viewing by text and we where waiting outside at this point, no apology was offered. We then contacted Melanie to complain about cancelling at short notice and were advised by her 'well there are other people interested in this property' and 'people are busy'. Throughout the legal process of the sale we were also badgered by Melanie to sign missives by text, and as I'm sure you are aware this is a matter for the lawyers. During the viewing (when your agent actually showed up) we think she could have focused more on the property she was trying to sell us, rather than bragging about her own house etc during the viewing. We found your agent completely unprofessional and rude. Had the property location not been perfect for us, we would not have done business with your organisation based on your agent alone. In future we would never buy or sell with Remax. We still have all above mentioned text messages, these can be forwarded on if required.
