Been waiting for refund of deposit for nearly 2 months and have still not reciprocal it even after making multiple calls and emails. Staff especially Micheal Healy, don't care and do not respond to calls or emails. I have made an official complaint and more than likely will be going to property ombudsman

DIxons Solihull West Midlands. Service is shockingly bad. They managed (or mismanaged) a flat for me in Solihull. The staff do not want to do anything from answering the phone to dealing with issues. I have moved my property away from them and only wish I had done it monies not year... Read Full Review
8% management fees is good on the face of it but as the saying goes ‘you get what you pay for’. I wish I had chosen a different agent
