I'm a first time landlord, and I've been a customer of Ryder & Dutton since I met with them in winter 2019. Six months in to the letting period, and the level of service remains excellent.
Everything from a routine query or check-in is resolved very quickly and professionally, and gives me all the comfort I need. I'd like to recognise the support from Katherine with a recent query, where she provided some options for an issue at my property, and she then resolved with the tenant in the same day.
Overall I am very happy with Ryder & Dutton, and recommend them for any first-time or experienced landlords.
