Matt and Susanna were professional and helpful throughout the sale of my property. They were competent and always kept in touch with any updates. Nothing was too much trouble. I cannot speak highly enough of the Blackfen team. I found them to be honest and upfront which is a rarity with some estate agents. Should I move again I would not hesitate in using their services and would recommend to family and friends. Thank you all. Mrs M

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
