From the moment we called Preston Baker to come and value our property we knew that we would be using them as our Estate agent...telephone manner, a genuine interest in ourselves and our property and asking questions that no other EA even touched upon. Kathy was beyond helpful with lots of little personal touches along the way which is another thing that set this company apart from others. They communicate the whole time, putting you at ease and reassuring you whilst answering questions that to others would seem trivial. From start to finish..yes we have just exchanged in only 11 weeks! we have had a fantastic experience and will really miss this company and it's wonderful staff, so if you are hesitating please don't confuse their professionalism with pushiness as this is not the case, they are experts in every sense of the word. Three weeks, full asking price and house went up for sale in October! says it all really.

The fees were the same as 2 other agents who came to value our property. If you are thinking of going down the online route, don't ...you get what you pay for and more with this company.

Matt came to value the property. explain how Preston Baker work and also take the photographs. He explained things clearly and did an amazing job with the photographs.
The brochure that was produced was excellent with a clear floor plan and very good photographs that showed our old property to its full potential.
Our property sold quickly but the completion took an age. Sue was great she was always there to take our calls and when things became uncertain she was there to make calls and reassure people. In the final stages she made numerous calls and kept us informed about things. We truly appreciate all her hard work

My house was up for sale with William H Brown for about 6 months before changed to Preston Baker. At William H Brown I had to put up with minimal viewings, Shabby service and rude unhelpful staff.
I moved to Preston Baker in September and within the first week we had 3 viewings, 2 offers and my house was sold by day 3. They are now in the process of completing the sale and keep us up to date daily. The staff are great and are doing their utmost to find us our dream home before Christmas.
I would defiantly recommend anyone to use the Doncaster Branch.

We arranged to view a property with Ashleigh, although this property did not suit our requirements Ashleigh suggested we view another property which had just been put on the market. Within 2 hours we had viewed the property made an offer & had it accepted. Had Ashleigh not suggested the viewing we would probably not of viewed it as it was above our price range, but with her negotiations we now have a sale going through. Thank you Ashleigh.
