I am the Agent is an efficient and effective company committed to making the process of selling your house as siple and straightforward as possible--they even offer a template for guidance regarding the "Detailed Description" section of your listing.I opted for the £399 package with photo's and floor plan(£15 extra for floor plan).Their photographer arrived promptly and completed his task--including floor plans-in an hour.The photographs were superb and the process allowed me to choose which of them to appear in the listing.The floor plan was very precise and beautifully presented.After writing my own brief description and listing 4 notable features I spent about 40 minutes composing a room by room description complete with sizes(taken from floorplans) and details re widows,radiators, tv points and kitchen facilities etc. After submitting all of this the listing went live almost immediately and went to Right Move and Zoopla within 15 minutes.
By the end of that first day I had already received two enquiries.
The e-mail method of informing me about who and where enquiries were coming from was excellent--and almost every enquirer had been vetted to the extent of being capable of purchase either immediately or certainly quickly.
The upshot was that I had sold the property within one week of the listing going live--and at a price within 2% of the asking price!
For £414 instead of the £4625+VAT asked for by the most reasonable high street estate agent I am ,to say the least,thrilled.OK so I did have to do a bit of writing, but the results could not have been better rewarded.Go to I Am the Agent and get a fabulous bargain---and a lot of help and advice,too!

Absolutely brilliant company to deal with. Easy let and only £99inc vat. As online estate agents go I Am The Agent ticks all the boxes. Also just got a buy to let quote of their partners L&C, all on site. Would highly recommend and no hidden costs to me or my tenants, very refreshing!

It was helpful to have all the supporting documentation re credit check and contracts ect as this is the first time we had rented the flat directly.
Really pleased - it will save us a lot of money without estate agency fees in the long run.

I had arranged photos to be taken, only to be told that someone else had the camera, when I tried to get the contract signed I was told to come back another day and when I did the office was closed. Eventually I got an email saying they were too busy to deal with my letting. Great for them, not so great if you're on the other side though.

Used the Iamtheagent for the past five years both as an online estate agent and traditional estate agency capacity. The service levels are second to none and would thoroughly recommend using either service. I have managed to save a substantial amount using this company and avoiding the usual estate agency fees. I would also point out when I speak to any of the staff they are very knowledgeable and if I need a market breakdown, Rebecca is a brilliant point of reference. I have a substantial property portfolio so saving money and having support on hand is key for me. Thanks to the team for their help.

From beginning to end Jill was nothing but professional, helpful and obliging.
From the outset she did not try to up-sell (unlike other agencies), and found us a fantastic property, which met ALL our criteria, within our budget.
Throughout the process she was highly responsive, answering all questions and queries that we may have, to make the transition as smooth as possible. Even post-move in date she was at the end of an email dealing with any post-move in issues that we had.
Although I hope to not be needing to move in the near future, we will definitely be coming back and recommending this agent onto prospective tenants!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
