I had the opportunity to rent a flat with Keatons for a year. I used Keatons to rent the flat I currently moved in at the end of october 2019.
The realtor who I dealth with is Mrs Reynolds. She took very good care of me; showed the flat and after few days she communicated me that I got it.
There ere few issues with the flat -heating did not work, I did not like some of the furniture the flat came with- and she came up with very good solutions in very short amount of time.

Justine understood our needs effectively and respected them throughout the viewing process. She also helped us realise of other areas and type of properties that would also be a good fit for us.
By the time we were ready to rent, Keatons did not have any suitable properties available and even though we ended up renting from another agency I would highly recommend Justine and her letting services.

I dropped a star as I went from using Keatons for letting my property and then for the sale of the property, and found it difficult to know who was responsible for what during the changeover process. I kept getting new emails from new people and it didn't feel like the two departments were communicating well. It would be good to have a single point of contact for the whole relationship.
