Jenny, Katie and Casey worked really hard to get our property rented - which they have done very quickly. Twice in fact. The first people didn't pass the checks but they found new people really quickly who did pass. Not only did they achieve asking price, the vetting procedure was very thorough and helped us 1. avoid a potential problem renter and 2. got us what appear to be solid renters. And they were really helpful all the way through. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

My partner and I recently relocated to Wimbledon and we had the pleasure to be helped by Ryan from Ellison's on Queens Road in Wimbledon who took us through the process step by step. We were looking for a while for the perfect property and by the time we found what we liked we had 10 days left. Ryan took away from us, our stress and dealt with everything we threw at him. He was able to get us moved in on time and kept excellent communication and updates throughout the process. Additional requests were dealt with and sorted in no time.
I don't have anything negative to say and would highly recommend them.

They are able to use their experience to balance the legal formality of dealing with a house sale with creative thinking to move the process forward when the inevitable kinks in the process present themselves.

The last sale was very difficult as it took place just as the country began to lock down. The initial buyer pulled out as they could not sell their property in the chain. When the lock down occured, Ellisons were back up and running within 48 hours with reassurances that we would try and press ahead. Andrew from Ellisons, now working from home, came back with some potential buyers. As they were unable to show properties we agreed a workaround and I let the buyers in to view the vacant property myself. When the solicitors started to argue (as they always do!) Andrew worked overtime to ensure that both I, as seller, and the buyers were kept in the loop. Everyone was under a great deal of stress but Andrew and the other members of the sales team always kept their good humour, always gave good and clear advice and always remained completely professional. They made a difficult situation bearable. Thank you.

Additionally she has always been super efficient in replying to all of my emails and queries.
She was also the first to pick up and notify me timeously that my flat had not been professionally cleaned by the previous tenants (through another agent) which they were meant to have done. She very kindly arranged for a professional clean the next day to prevent the delay in the new tenant moving into my flat.

The lettings team at Ellisons are superb. They communicate well and promptly, and are excellent at their job - their valuation was spot on and they got 11 viewings in 48 hours. . Everyone I spoke to was not only helpful but went beyond the call of duty to help the process of new tenants moving in even though, in the end, we found the tenants direct. This team is turning the image of Estate Agents on its head in a wonderful way. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you Jenny and all. Ellisons were happy to deal with all activities that needed to be undertaken prior to letting (e.g. getting an EPC, arranging the inventory, end of tenancy cleaning etc.) however I chose to organise some of these myself and was able to make a saving by shopping around.
I researched the market and came to the conclusion that their letting and management fees were comparable to the competition but they seemed to have more favourable reviews especially from tenants.
I was left with the impression that Ellisons are very professional. I found them a pleasure to deal with and would not hesitate to recommend them.

It's been a pleasure liaising with Tiffiny. She has been exceptionally helpful and friendly throughout the whole process.
