My son has just bought his first home. Everyone at Bradleys have been so helpful and friendly. Josh was there at the start dealing with negotiations. Joe kept us up to speed. Both such pleasant and helpful young men. It has been quite a traumatic time. Lewis has been extremely helpful with weekly updates and more frequently at the end. They have all managed to keep me sane. Just about.

A company policy, never previously mentioned, resulted in Bradleys cancelling the viewings. No amount of guarantees or assurances would make them even consider being even slightly flexible. Apparently the person I spoke to at the office was 'new' - I was being penalised for that!!!
I seriously doubt they will be as dogged or unbending once the rental market is once again thriving, but I will certainly ensure that everybody I know is aware of their pedantic unbending behaviour.

Very positive experience:
Good local knowledge;
Provided good initial valuation and gave good advice regarding the pros and cons of us undertaking certain work prior to sale;
Secured a final price in excess of valuation;
Attended all viewings and gave very useful feedback;
Secured sale within 7 days of marketing starting;
Occasionally we felt that buyer's circumstances were prioritised but this is a very minor thing, more about communication than substance.
Would recommend to others without hesitation.

We have received superb service from Bradley's, from the moment we viewed the property with them, until completion. They provided a one stop service. Complaints Procedure
1. Bradleys is a Member of The Property Ombudsman\'s Scheme and aims to provide the highest standards of service to all our Customers. To ensure that your interests are safeguarded, an Internal Complaints Procedure has been implemented. This provides for the matter to be dealt with internally by the Office Manager or the Department Head. In the event that we are not able to deal with the matter to our mutual satisfaction after following our Internal Complaints Procedure you may refer your complaint in writing to the Property Ombudsman.
2. If you believe you have a complaint, please write in the first instance to the Office Manager or the Department Head at the address of the relevant office.
3. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 3 working days, investigated thoroughly in accordance with the established in-house Procedures, and a reply sent to you within 21 working days of receipt of your letter.
4. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the initial investigation, you are provided with a further opportunity to have the complaint reviewed by our Managing Director at the address given below:
