We were looking to buy our first family home, and booked a viewing with Mark Webster Estate Agents. Arriving at the property, Shelley, the agent, was welcoming, friendly, very informative and just so lovely to deal with! We bought the house :) And throughout the whole process, from putting in an offer to collecting the keys, everyone at the office, especially Shelley, was just an absolute pleasure to deal with. No question was too silly and nothing was too much trouble. The service was fast, efficient and we felt looked after which made a massive difference. Thank you to everyone there, especially Shelley!

Most recently, Amanda provided a detailed market report, which I fully expected to pay , but she kindly offered it as a complimentary service. This level of support and professionalism goes above and beyond, and I truly appreciate their expertise. I highly recommend them to anyone looking a knowledgeable and reliable lettings agent.

We decided to sell our family home of 30 years through Mark Webster Estate Agents after hearing and reading lots of positive reviews online.
Mark and his team were professional throughout and were always willing to go above and beyond to answer any questions I may have had.
As this was my first house sale this was invaluable and put me at ease.
Mark also helped arrange a last minute EPC on the property we were buying to ensure we didn't lose our property.
I would definitely recommend Mark Webster Estate Agents to anyone who is looking to buy/sell or rent.

Terrible from start to finish. Poor phone manner from several staff members. We called their bluff and proceeded with our mortgage broker and, surprise surprise, our offer was accepted by the seller contrary to the dire warnings from Mark Webster & Co. Unfortunately, our joy was to be short lived. Despite us asking repeatedly for the property to be removed from online advertisements, it wasn’t. (I know from personal experience that this is an incredibly easy task to perform, even when understaffed, so don’t try that excuse). Due to this, and dare I speculate, our decision not to use Mark Webster & Co.’s financial advisor, we were gazumped. I made clear my disappointment at the service we’d received over the phone and via email. Apparently, Mark Webster & Co. are a “family company with family morals”, but this was far from the company I saw. They passively promote consumer-harmful practises such as gazumping, are slow at responding, and explore any & all avenues to fatten their profit margins irrespective of ethics or good service. The one thing they do excel in is the loss of confidential files and emails.

I can't praise the team at Mark Webster enough for all their support and help during the last house move. From the initial phone call requesting a valuation to the final call to say everything had completed.What was a stressful sale with sales falling through due to other people's chain's falling through, the team were always there with an update and advice on what the next step was. We were never in the dark about anything. I have always used them for any house sale and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent. Mark has a great team of staff who do his company proud.

None were just right.
When I viewed what I purchased I knew it was the one.
Totally fell in love with the house.
And was amazed when my offer was accepted.
Shelley was always there with help / advice and reassured me throughout the process.
Nothing was too much trouble
Even after completion Shelley was still helping me with issues
I genuinely cannot thank Shelley and the staff enough.
I would 100 percent recommend mark Webster’s estate agents.

Mark&Webster? I do not recommend , especially the branch in Atherstone. They offer rent homes that aren't ready for rent. That day I moved I receive wrong keys from Mark&Webster. All my things are waiting outside and I call to agency to bring me correct keys. Washing machine was not connected to water, main door has broken lock. Mark&Webster said - all the bill are included into rent. One week before moving I was asking about internet connection, to be sure. They said yes, in house is internet. Really? I live in the house seven days, but still not connected to the Internet connection, although this is included into rent !!! Never more Mark&Webster!

Very professional from start to finish.
I had a very high opinion of Mark when he came to visit my property and gave me all the assurances that I needed for me to feel confident that he was the right person to sell my shared ownership property.
They managed to find my buyer within 3 weeks and always kept me in the loop regarding the progression of the sale and took a hands-on role liaising with solicitors.
Most importantly, I feel that they kept my buyer reassured despite the fact I had 2 houses fall through on my end, which took a lot of stress away.
