I have been with this estate agent for 4 years and I am only leaving them due to moving out of the area, they have always been very polite and prompt when replying back to my query's and fast when it has came to getting some to come out if the house needed any repairs.
I would definitely recommend this estate agent they have been fantastic from first moving into a flat with them and then there assistance of helping me find a bigger property as my family grew ☺️

As a landlord my property unfortunately experienced a serious maintenance issue which was affecting my tenants if not resolved urgently. Due to work and other commitments I was unable to attend first hand to resolve and plan the works needed to be carried out. Angela from the Elite team took the lead in my absence and was simply fantastic to work with. Always keeping me informed every step of the way and making sure i understood what was taking place. To be given this type of service and support, really going that extra mile was a huge boost and I was safe in the knowledge that everything was being done to solve the problem which it was. Angela is a credit to the Elite team and was a pleasure to work with her and really shows how much Elite care about their clients and making sure no stone is left unturned in getting a positive result no matter how big or small the issue. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
Complaints Procedure
ELITE PROPERTY IN-HOUSE COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE We are committed to providing a professional service to all our clients and customers. When something goes wrong, we need you to tell us about it. This will help us to improve our standards. If you have a complaint, please put it in writing, including as much detail as possible. We will then respond in line with the timeframes set out below (if you feel we have not sought to address your complaints within eight weeks, you may be able to refer your complaint to the Property Ombudsman to consider without our final viewpoint on the matter). What will happen next? • We will send you a letter acknowledging receipt of your complaint within three working days of receiving it, enclosing a copy of this procedure. • We will then investigate your complaint. This will normally be dealt with by the office manager who will review your file and speak to the member of staff who dealt with you. A formal written outcome of our investigation will be sent to you within 15 working days of sending the acknowledgement letter. • If, at this stage, you are still not satisfied, you should contact us again and we will arrange for a separate review to take place by a senior member of staff. • We will write to you within 15 working days of receiving your request for a review, confirming our final viewpoint on the matter.
