Absolutely awful. They lie, they change contract terms without telling you and don't do what is required of them. They're fine when things are going well and all they have to do is collect the money but are worse than useless when things don't go well, which is exactly when a managing agent is ... I organised a viewing for a flat the afternoon before (less than 24 hours). Arrived at the flat the next day to be told by the tenant that an offer had been accepted and all viewings were cancelled.
