Since putting our house on the market, Thomas Morris, St Ives office, have exceeded our expectations. From the initial valuation by Paul to the sale of our property the service has been exceptional with all the office staff being very professional and friendly. Selling a house is a very daunting prospect, but Paul sat down with us and patiently explained each stage of the process, leaving us with the feeling it was all a "well oiled machine". During the time when the house was on the market we were abroad for a few weeks. We were skeptical at first about being away but were assured it would not be a problem, which proved to be the case, Katy and her staff kept us constantly updated with reports on all the viewings and how the market was performing - great communication. In the future, should we ever need to sell again, Thomas Morris will be our first port of call, we cannot recommend them highly enough.
