Ted George Estate Agents have consistently been a truly outstanding letting and selling agent over the last 3 years. A special mention to James Withey who used his wealth of experience; found the right tenants, carried out all background checks, produced excellent tenancy reports, coupled with great and timely communications (and advice) throught the let and selling process.
For the house sale, the property was appropriately valued and very well marketed, which attracted high buyer interest, resulting in multiple offers and a relatively quick sale.
On numerous occasions, I believe James has truly gone above and beyond, therefore, I would especially recommend Ted George to anyone who is needs a customer focused letting or selling agent.
In short, this small independent agent has set the standard of how all estate agents should be!

James managed and let our property for 3/4 years and then recently sold it for us. We couldn't have been happier with every aspect of the service he provided. Throughout the letting process, we were able to relax and take confidence from the fact that everything was being dealt with punctually and professionally. His communication was great and he was always reachable if needed. This service continued throughout the selling process too and therefore we would happily recommend him for aspect of Estate Agent services.

None of these hyped promises to sell and inflated prices and there was a showing of care in what he did .. Pricing was realistic and we liked the fact that possible buyers would be shown round. As we lived a distance away we were kept informed and follow ups were made to viewings. Advice was given through the process and we were able to make contact easily. The property sold at a difficult time.

He visits on a regular basis and makes sure all is well such as the heating still working during the winter months. He has been extremely helpful with any matters regarding the property as over this time we have had work done which required his help as we are not on site. James has also arranged for the garden to be looked after by a reliable local gardener.

We have been incredibly impressed by this estate agent. The owner, James, was really approachable and professional at all times. The advice he gave about each stage of the process was really helpful. After placing the property online, he was quick to respond to interest from prospective buyers. He found a buyer within days of us placing the property on the market and has managed the sale thereafter with excellent communication and careful consideration.
