Appalled at the competency, or lack of, of the Branch Manager, Georgina Bushell, who seemed completely unable to organise a seemingly simple task and, whilst being pulled up for it, became malicious. Completely unprofessional and out her comfort zone. Very poor impression made as a result. Certainly would not use this agent again
