IMy property was on the market for 2 weeks not even a call or any interest I was told it was for them to deal with the selling and my part in it was to pay the bill, everytime I made a call I was spoken to by some rude member of staff, I asked to remove the property from sale but again refused to listen so in the end I had to inform the ombudsman and at this point it was removed

Jun 28, 2019I have investigated the points raised in the review above with all staff and we have no record of such a complaint. Should anyone marketing their property with us wish to remove their property from the market we would do so accordingly. If your property had only been on the market for a few weeks you would still be within a cooling off period whereby you could cancel your agreement with immediate effect. We are in regular contact with all vendors on a weekly basis regardless of whether we have had any interest / viewings arranged or not. As I do not have a record of any vendors / properties that this complaint relates to, please can you call the office on 01332 242923 to discuss.
