Worked with Tom and Simon on finding a new rental property in Kingston. In a difficult market Tom helped me quickly to find the perfect property that met all of our needs. Easy to set up viewings and knowledgable about the property and location.
Our existing landlord and letting agent KFH Kingston were unresponsive in our request for references/not answering emails etc, yet Tom and Simon reassured us and helped us but working on other means of referencing us.
Tom and Simon were really responsive and happy to answer any questions that we had.
I would give Snellers a 5 star reference, however I found that the referencing agency used, Lettings Hub quite slow and frustrating, that may have just been because of the difficult situation between our landlord and lettings agency KFH, it would probably have completed quicker if we had not had this issue.

This is the third year renting with Snellers and 2nd property. Been super helpful moving from one property to the other, as soon as Kim knew we were leaving our tenancy she helped us find a new place (we decided to leave 4 months in advance to give us time). Other estate agents weren't as helpful despite the amount of time we had to search for a new property. Immediate e-mail responses even after office times which was incredibly useful. Very helpful in liasing with the landlord especially during the covid-19 pandemic, understandably the landlord had his reserves based on income and work losses during the pandemic. Kim made sure he had a piece of mind considering we had rented through Snellers for 2 years which I assume helped. Happy to be renting through them again for the third year

The staff have misinformed and mislead us, and then when I have asked questions in writing, refuse to respond to 4 emails over the course of a month. The management back them saying that 2 members of staff didnt see the emails!!! Which should be cause of concern itself.

I found the whole period of renting through them extremely stressful from taking over 3 months to fix a shower to putting my young children during several occasions of maintenance works. I would never use this company again even if they had the property of my dreams and would recommend to everyone to avoid at all costs.
