If you can rent through anyone else, I strongly recommend you do. I recently ended a tenancy through Henry Adams, and the way which which the return of my deposit was handled was scandalous. Quotes for cleaning and garden maintenance that were provided were more than double the going rate, and when I asked for a breakdown of the costs, they refused to provide them. (When i subsequently provided alternative quotes, they insisted on having the quotes broken down... one rule for one.....) I have had to take the legal route to recover my money. The most unreasonable local company it has ever been my displeasure to deal with. Please save your time and money and look elsewhere for your property needs. Only providing a 1 star rating as there isn't an option for zero or negative stars......................................................................................................................

Our experience as tenants with Henry Adams Lettings was so unacceptable that it was referred to the Property Ombudsman (having first gone through The Dispute Service as well.) Very disappointing experience with the agency and a total waste of time and money.
