Savills rented me an apartment that is completely unliveable. It has mold everywhere and smells horrible. Savills never inspected the unit to ensure it was fit for habitability. While I was impressed with Savills through most of the tenancy, the agent (Katharina Roth)'s response during check out was LESS THAN DESIRABLE.
