I went to see Nikki at the Bacup branch this morning for a mortgage renewal. She was informative, friendly and understood my mortgage needs. We went through all the the available options for the future of my mortgage and I was able to make an informed decision on how to proceed. She made the whole process easy to understand (as it can be so complicated) and I she helped me make a long term plan. An absolute credit to the store. Thank you.

In this process each and every step she updated every day by email and phone.The way she is dealing with both solicitors and others it was cool to made the fast process, She is very helpful. I can't fault the service I've had as a buyer from Ryder & Dutton, Bacup. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and efficient and nothing is too much trouble. Janet has kept me informed every step of the way and It's made buying my new house a lot easier and less stressful than it might of been. Topped only by the lady who did viewings with me (Sue) and who introduced me to my new house originally, which at the point I didn't know existed! Would highly recommend this branch.

We have just advertised our house with yourselves after having a terrible experience with another local estate agent. We were originally going to consider a few estate agents to advertise our property however Ryder & Dutton were the quickest to respond and after meeting Alice I decided not to consider any other agents. I am really pleased with how proactive, honest, genuine and knowledgeable she is. This is exactly what we have been looking for in an estate agent. Her valuation of the property was realistic, her communication is second to none and she is very efficient, actioning things straight away. This is polar opposite to the service I received from the other estate agents and I am now actually looking forward to the prospect of selling my house. Alice is also very likable. I am feeling much more confident about the process now. Thank you Alice!
