We purchased our property through Fine and Country. Julie met us at the house and gave us a tour around the property, giving us all clear answers to all our questions. She assisted with the negations and during the purchase process she was always proactive in chasing matters with ourselves and solicitors and kept us fully updated. We have just completed the sale of a country property through Fine and Country Ribble Valley, and the whole process could not have been better. Their valuation of the property was very well judged, proven by the large number of top quality enquiries generated, and we quickly achieved a sale at a price we were very happy with. The commission rate was very competitive and we feel we had excellent value for money from Fine and Country. Nothing was too much trouble throughout the sale, and they were very proactive in keeping us updated throughout. All this plus very friendly and approachable staff at all levels. Highly recommended, and would definitely use Fine and Country Ribble Valley again.
