We have been very impressed with Harvey Robinson who acted as the agent on a property we've recently bought. We've liaised with most of the team at St Ives and found each individual to be courteous, attentive and professional in all of our dealings. Phil in particular has been a key driver to ensure that the sale has gone through, keeping all parties regularly updated and in communication, in an unfailingly polite and responsive manner.

Best service I’ve had from any estate agent over the years. Michael was brilliant, kept me up to date with every viewing and provided prompt feedback, as well as good advice for optimising our chance of sale.
Unfortunately the sale fell through (no fault of the agent) and our circumstances changed so decided not to sell in the end.
Couldn’t have been happier with the effort put in and professionalism shown. Would have no hesitation in recommending!

The phone calls to keep me updated were really helpful and made me feel like I hadn't been forgotten. The emailed appointments were a good way for me to remember when there was a viewing booked. Equally, the post emails about how the viewing went were also really helpful.

Many agents make claims about their service, but I can honestly say none come close to the service provided by Mathew.
I recently sold my quirky period property. Where other agents were unable to get the marketing right, Mathew ensured that the marketing was spot on and reflected everything the property had to offer, resulting in a healthy number of viewings, and ultimately found me two buyers.
I have been very impressed with the level of service offered by Mathew and would happily recommend.

Me, my partner and son had arrange a viewing for a property for 5:10pm on Friday 12th July and was very disappointed when no one turned up (we waited an extra 20 minutes). I phoned the lady who was letting us view the house 3 times and no answer so we had no choice but to go home and wait till the following day to call the office (st ives). When we did call them we was told that someone had came to view the house that morning and has taken it. I’m very disappointed that we wasn’t given the chance to view and take the house as it was the perfect price, location and size. We are currently so overcrowded in our one bed and really needed this property. Would definitely not recommend using/ going through this letting agency!

The other thing that made them stand out is they always did what they said they were going to do even if it was to just ring you back. Again other agents we've had in the past often forgot or just couldnt be bothered and you would end up chasing everyone yourself (which is the whole point of having an agent), but Michael and the rest of the team seemed to be completely on the ball with the whole process right to the end.
We particularly liked the fortnightly update as to how things were going and without fail we again had contact from them for good or bad news and how we should proceed.
We have found this estate agent unusual in that they seem to actually care (unlike other agents) and would recommend them highly to anyone.

Vary satisfied. We approached three agents and they all gave us the same valuation. We went with Harvey Robinson as Mark was the most enthusiastic about our property and so we had confidence he would be able to sell it. It took a while but there were plenty of viewings and in the end we had three offers in total. We appreciated the regular updates and the swift feedback after viewings. Mark gave us helpful advice on our purchase as well as our sale which we valued. We liked the whole team in the office and are happy to recommend Harvey Robinson.

We put our house on the market last year, and Kira and Matthew were just fantastic. From the first valuation meeting with Mark, we knew we would use Harvey Robinson to sell out home, the price they thought we would get was realisitic and we managed to achieve what we wanted. We had a really hard time in the 'onwards chain' but they keep us informed all the time and the two weekly updates were great, just to know what was going on all the time. When our buyer pulled out, Kira was great at getting the house back on the market and we sold within 3 days. Matthew then took over as point of contact, and our whole experience has just been fantastic, I wish we were buying our home from you guys, not just selling it!! Thank you so much, we're so grateful.
