Would you recommend ? : Yes
Leaders provided a confident, reassuring and friendly service. They said they would get the property let quickly, and they did. The paperwork was all sent through and was clear. The inventory was done, which will be helpful should there be any issues with the tenants if/when they leave. They also advised on a Landlord's insurance company. I have since contacted Leaders for advice, and this was given in a professional and helpful manner.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
