Worst letting agency in st Neots they will take your deposit for the most ridiculous reasons and even cause you of doing damages that's on the inventory at the beginning absolute rip off merchants
There's so many bigger and better letting agents out there that will be fair and not blame taking the deposits on landlords

Rented from this agent for three years just moved out 2020, nice at first but repairs never done, and good luck getting your deposit back, utterly unprofessional, we intent to take action against this company if we don’t get our money back. Do yourself a favour don’t pay the last months rent, or fund another agent.

Gill, Vikki thanks for making it extremely effortless in moving in. You both have thought of everything . Nice touches such as leaving new tea towels for my arrival was a nice touch. Communication and dialogue throughout was 1st class and thorough inventory. Being someone who hasn't rented before , i would definitely recommend you as agents again.

Very friendly when first renting but when it comes to moving out they WILL do there best to keep your deposit! I got charged £78 for a slight dusting of a studio flat! They are complete con artists. What agent could do to change your mind?
Gave me back my deposit and not charged me to clean a flat that's already clean!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
