My house with them in the future they couldn’t of done more for me, my house fell through on June 25th and within 5 hours they already had me another buyer of which has just exchanged on my
Property! Thank you boys, amazing work as always a happy customer.
And Sarah in the balgores Basildon office chased the chain daily and without her we wouldn’t of completed so quickly she was a diamond all the way through i hassled her most days as I am impatient and not once did she ever moan. Amazing work.

Balgores Basildon provided an excellent service from start to finish.
We had a difficult two bedroom house to sale but Balgores constantly arranged viewings and always kept us informed on feedback from these viewings. I would like to specifically mention Josh who was excellent in keeping us informed through the viewing and the offer phase.
Once a sale was agreed, Sarah the sales Co-ordinator was absolutely fantastic. Constantly chasing and harrying all parties, on all sides of the completion chain. It was only due to Sarah's hard-work and professionalism that this matter completed by 30 June 2021, prior to the end of the advantageous stamp duty rates.
I would thoroughly recommend the Balgores Basildon branch to anybody trying to sell their house.

We had the pleasure of having Lucy franklin as our mortgage advisor. She is excellent at her job, very professional, she goes above and beyond to ensure that we had everything needed as a first time buyer.

I can highly recommend Mica at the Basildon Office. She has helped us find the perfect rental property. I also want to mention Mackenzie who works alongside Lucy once a mortgage in principle has been provided. Again Mackenzie kept us updated through phone calls and emails to assure us the application was progressing.
