Ok, don't even know where to start... PLEASE, read all the lowest reviews and that's the truth about this agency. THE WORST I have ever dealt with in my 15+ years in London. HORRENDOUS is an understatement. Dealt with them for 3 years since the property was fine, but the agency is beyond describable! An absolute horror.
* - a property manager - is sadly beyond useless in her role, never replies to emails, not helpful at all. And the thing is that once you sign the contract you only deal with a property manager - one of the few being * - so WATCH OUT. Her being called a 'property manager' is very misleading to say the least. She does not manage ANYTHING, not even her mail box.
What is scary and truly pitiful is that I emailed *'s manager, **, complaining about her truly horrific customer service and he totally ignored me, NEVER to this day even acknowledging my email.
Everything in the lowest reviews is true so I will not write it again. Do NOT rent or buy through this agency. They are truly unprofessional. Avoid at all costs! I am so glad we have nothing to do with them anymore. Never again.

Total nightmare. So far I've lost thousands of pounds dealing with these people. First in sales due to them assuring me the buyer had a mortgage offer. 4 months later no sale and many thousands down. Then they misrepresented how my flat was going to be let. Run like the wind. Rude staff and terrible terrible service.

The staff is always helpful and very reactive. They do provide a great service and always answer quickly any enquiries via phone or email. Any kind of issue with my new apartment is quickly being fixed !

Since I've been with the company for almost 8 years, I can honestly say that whilst Emmanuel Dodd has been dealing with my property just quite recently, I have been really satisfied. He is efficient, approachable and friendly which in all honesty I haven't had over the last 8 years.
He communicates with me on a regular basis and I feel that I don't have to keep on chasing the company which is a huge relief for me especially living quite far away.
I would recommend Emmanuel as he is absoletely brilliant

I just bought my first property using the services of London Residential and have dealt with Josephine Dayan and sometimes Liana Loporto. Having heard many horror stories about estate agents and having met many of them who were taking me to properties that were outside my budget, I went to meet them with a lot of apprehension. However, as a first time buyer, I could not have asked for a better experience than this. From the first time I met Josephine, she listened to me and while negotiating on the offer, she didn’t push me to make decisions I didn’t want to. She was just awesome. Being impatient meant that I was messaging them on a regular basis, and they always replied to me straight away. When I needed to go see the property again and again, they would arrange it immediately. Except for the council taking longer than expected, the whole process was very smooth. Should I have the need to buy another property in the future, I will definitely be using their services. I would strongly recommend using London Residential for anyone looking to buy a property :) Thank you so much ladies, like I said, this would not have been possible without your support and help along the way. Continue your great work.

The absolute worst renting experience start to finish. Terrible contract with missing terms and completely bizarre not needed terms. Absolutely no help in any scenario, a neighbor was throwing rubbish into our balcony for 6 months and at no point did London residential even try to contact him. Further, when contacting us about an issue they regularly broke the tenancy agreement and called the wrong number on many occasions. I really urge you to not use London residential in any circumstance. Having moved to a new flat with another agency this month, I can assure you will get better treatment elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible service. Avoid this company at all costs. This company focusses on profits and nothing else. They have used aggresive tactics to trick us in to signing a longer contract than required, and since day one, they have been unhelpful and dismissive when anything goes wrong with the flat. They simply deny any issues and blamed us for everything. They used small print to force us in to an unpleasant living arrangement and do their utmost to avoid solving any issue whatsoever. I would strongly suggest everyone to avoid renting with this group unless you appreciate prolonged grief.

I just bought my first property using the services of London Residential and have dealt with Josephine Dayan and sometimes Liana Loporto. Having heard many horror stories about estate agents and having met many of them who were taking me to properties that were outside my budget, I went to meet them with a lot of apprehension.
However, as a first time buyer, I could not have asked for a better experience than this. From the first time I met Josephine, she listened to me and while negotiating on the offer, she didn’t push me to make decisions I didn’t want to. She was just awesome. Being impatient meant that I was messaging them on a regular basis, and they always replied to me straight away. When I needed to go see the property again and again, they would arrange it immediately. Except for the council taking longer than expected, the whole process was very smooth.
Should I have the need to buy another property in the future, I will definitely be using their services. I would strongly recommend using London Residential for anyone looking to buy a property :)

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
