Would give 0 stars if could. They are the worst agency I’ve ever dealt with. They take forever to deal with any issues in the house. Please avoid at all costs. We had a broken toilet in our apartment. Which they refused to fix for a month, resulting in us having to use a bucket. All they care about is collecting rent. They don’t care about the health and safety of there tenants.

Very unprofessional and rude. Dillon tried to threaten me with legal action to ruin my credit score as they wanted to charge me extra rent after the end of my fixed term (even though I told them I was leaving at the end of the tenancy). Eventually it was resolved in the deposit dispute (not court as had been threatened) and awarded in my favour but had i not known my rights as a tenant, I would’ve been bullied into paying money I didn’t owe.

Avoid this company.
They are extremely unprofessional, inattentive and irresponsible.
They are purely a business whose intention is to profit and their actions, or failure thereof, clearly illustrate that they do not care at all for the safety and well-being of the tenants of the properties they manage.
Their contact with tenants is utterly responsive and is conducted purely on their own times, the only time one can expect to hear from them is when they need something. They have failed to respond to and act upon complaints around issues with the property, issues with the behaviour of other tenants and complaints of illegal activity at the property.
The Estate Agents working for the company are rude, unhelpful and at times utterly incompetent. When they respond at all, they typically fail to address any issues raised with them and are extremely unprofessional in their responses. They would all benefit from some basic spelling and grammar lessons when constructing emails.
Overall, the experience with this agency could not have been more negative. From the day I moved in with them failing to send anyone to conduct my welcome at the property and to complete an inventory they have failed to meet even the simplest expectations.
If you value your time, money and well-being, avoid this agency at all costs.

Andy showed me this property near Hilton Rotherhithe and it was my dream flat. I said I wanted to move in and it was almost sorted on the same evening. His colleague rang me in the next couple of days with the referencing and we are looking forward to moving in next month! I'd highly recommend JD property. They are responsible, efficient and nice.

The JD lettings (Greenwich Team) were very helpful to me towards getting my paperwork sorted for a room. I gave them a tough deadline to work to and they were excellent and very effective as a team. It was a pleasure to be looked after by a very caring team. They are all friendly and approachable and showed good understanding upon why i gave them a tight deadline.

From start to finish, I've had an amazing service with JD property but specifically with the agent I dealt with -Andy Hoang. From the onset he was professional and very attentive in helping me find a room. He made sure I was updated throughout the process and ensured that I had the best service even till now upon moving. He makes sure that as a tenant, you're his number one priority. I couldn't be happier with my new room as it's perfect and the service I recieved from Andy at JD Properies. I was initially apprehensive using an estate agent but it was an amazing experience. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Great service!
I found the ad for the flat I'll be moving into next week on Sparerooms, and within a day, Rio had kindly set me up with a viewing the day after.
Rio was fantastic with answering all the many questions I had, he was always on call to answer any questions I had after the viewing. He helped me through all the checks and now I can move in on my desired date!

Was really impressed with the speed that JD Property and specifically, Rio, was able to operate at.
I needed to move in to a place within a short time frame and Rio was more than happy to accommodate for this. He was willing to discuss things outside of his working hours and even used his own time for my viewing which impressed me.
The referencing process went through quickly too enabling me to move in on my desired date.
Overall I am very impressed by the service I've been given by Rio and all of JD property.

This is the first time I have used a property letting agency in the UK and I couldn't have better experience.

Effie was brilliant. Coming from outside of London, I didn't have long to find to find a place to live in London before I started a new job. Effie was brilliant. Coming from outside of London, I didn't have long to find to find a place to live in London before I started a new job. After I found the right place, Effie worked extra hard to get all the paperwork and referencing sorted super quick! Thanks to her, the process was sorted within the week and I was able to move in well before I started work. If everyone here works as hard as she has for me then I recommend the company to everyone!
