Firstly met Nikki at the Liskeard office on a viewing, lovely lady, professional, very friendly, very knowledgeable of the local area. My original offer was declined but Martin came back when the vendor reconsidered my offer on a weekend. I was then handed over to Martin who is also a very nice chap but the post offer/progression//pre completion part was a little slow as they are so busy but this has now been rectified but it was still friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend the Liskeard team. They did exactly what it said on the tin !

Very poor experience, I would not recommend using Bradleys of Liskeard, I Instructed them to put my building plot in their on-line auction on advice of the manager who assured that it was a quick process, but after three months of getting nowhere I have given up.
The Manager has attitude and never responds to emails without having to keep chasing for a response. In the end l asked for a refund, however despite three ignored emails requesting this, it took an official complaint to get it actioned, very poor service form a badly managed office. It costs nothing to be courteous and keep clients informed.

Thanks also to Amanda who showed us the property, and was so patient with us even though we were in the middle of a pandemic...travelling halfway down the country to fit in viewings is not recommended!

As a buyer I would find it difficult to recommend or deal again with Bradley's estate agents in Liskeard. We viewed a house and offered the full asking price only to be asked later on the day to bid against others which we refused to do. When the property came back on the market the Liskeard Bradley's manager didn't have either the systems in place or courtesy to contact us to advise the property was again available despite us asking him to do so. Unfortunately I only found that the property was once again available via a rightmove property search which I conduct daily. By comparison the Saltash Bradley's team have provided exceptional customer service and have maintained regular contact to assist us in buying our next property.

Absolutely awful, we contacted Bradleys about a house as to which we got told we would hear Wednesday morning the latest about our application that we put in. A week on and we rang them again to see what was happening only to find out by someone with no empathy whatsoever to tell us that the house had confirmed an application today even though we had put ours in a week before hand! Will never use again and neither will my family and friends after this.

Bradley’s have been fantastic in dealing with the marketing and sale of our property. Viewings were conducted with ample notice, always accompanied and we had a phone call with feedback following every one of them. Amanda handled the negotiation of our sale to get us a great price, and Karen at central sales chasing followed the sale through to completion and contacted us regularly throughout the process to keep us updated. Nothing was too much trouble for them, these two ladies in particular went above and beyond to keep things sailing smoothly, especially through the lockdown period which delayed things somewhat. We have also been on viewings with both Amanda and Niki and have found them both to be very professional, friendly and helpful at every stage. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
Complaints Procedure
1. Bradleys is a Member of The Property Ombudsman\'s Scheme and aims to provide the highest standards of service to all our Customers. To ensure that your interests are safeguarded, an Internal Complaints Procedure has been implemented. This provides for the matter to be dealt with internally by the Office Manager or the Department Head. In the event that we are not able to deal with the matter to our mutual satisfaction after following our Internal Complaints Procedure you may refer your complaint in writing to the Property Ombudsman.
2. If you believe you have a complaint, please write in the first instance to the Office Manager or the Department Head at the address of the relevant office.
3. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 3 working days, investigated thoroughly in accordance with the established in-house Procedures, and a reply sent to you within 21 working days of receipt of your letter.
4. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the initial investigation, you are provided with a further opportunity to have the complaint reviewed by our Managing Director at the address given below:
