Really good service and friendly people. Michael helped me out all the way through and even when I had issues with some stuff, he made sure everything goes smoothly and thanks to him I was able to calm and moving into really nice flat.

I've let my flat through Keatons Kentish Town Office for several years now. Mark Peavot has always found me excellent and reliable tenants and made the tenancy arrangements very easy. I also have to mention Keatons property maintenance superstars Hayley and Simona. I had wondered whether paying for the fully serviced option on a new flat was money well spent. It was. I had a water pipe leak at the flat and Hayley expertly co-ordinated the repairs, insurance claim, putting the tenants up in a hotel and keeping me fully informed whilst the work was carried out. I'm very impressed with this team and would highly recommend them.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!
Keatons proved to be the most unprofessional lettings and property management agency that I have ever experienced. Especially the administration part of the business seems massively disorganised.
Throughout our entire renting period we had constant problems with this agency - but the highlight was probably after we finally left our apartment. Keatons managed to take the rent from our account although we had already moved out! …well, an unfortunate mistake you might think, so I called in order to clarify. But to date I have been assured twice that the money will be put back on our account - but still nothing has happened. Currently wee unfortunately have to consider getting a solicitor involved - so that we can get back our money from these THIEVES!!
