We wanted to thank Lee Armstrong for finding us the perfect elegant & very unique family home. We met lee through a viewing for a different property initially & immediately felt we wanted to continue our journey with F&C. The chain we ended up in wasn’t ideal & I have to say if it were not for the professionalism & hands on proactive approach of Jessica Nicholls I’m not sure where we would have been. She not only reassured me but managed to handle everything (every difficulty, every Q, every strain, every unknown) with no fuss & ended up being the constant go to person for me. We have never felt so looked after in what can be a very exciting but trying time of change. I would highly recommend Fine & Country Derby.
Pip Holden, Greg Perrins and colleagues were fantastic from the off. Very knowledgeable and nothing too much trouble. Right from the word go Fine & Country were professional, confident, attentive & knowledgeable. They are not just a 9-5 company which makes everything so much easier & they will always carry out the viewings if required. The brochure they produce is of excellent quality & gives prospective buyers an in-depth insight into the property & we found this made them better matched to our house. We had tried 2 agents previously over a period of more than 2 years & hadn't had any success, a lot of the viewings had been extremely disappointing whereas F&C vet & match their prospective buyers. We had lots of viewings & it wasn't long before we had 2 potential buyers in a position to proceed & obtained a price above the lowest asking figure. The professional advice & support was there right through to completion, they may charge a little more than some agents but are worth it a hundred times over. We would be happy to recommend F&C & if we ever found ourselves moving again in the future we would not even consider going to anyone else!

This review is only regarding Jessica Nicholls as she picked up our purchase when another agent left.
Basically the sale and purchase would not have gone through if it hadn't been for her.
There were a lot of issues as we had been mislead by the previous agent and we really had had enough. She kept things on track and worked really, hard to deal with us all when there were conflicting opinions. She also maintained complete professionalism, it felt like she was on our side but I think the sellers would say exactly the same- that is some skill.
We were ready to pull out of the purchase and would have done if it hadn't been for Jessica.

I expected the very best for my fee from the team at F&C and I'm happy to say that I wasn't disappointed.

We are more than happy with the service we received from Fine & Country, Derby. Arma was reliable, professional and untiring while he was showing our property. Once we had an offer, he and Jessica worked hard to keep the process moving, smoothing over a few rough patches in negotiations and seeing things through to a successful conclusion. It's rare to find an agent that doesn't lose interest once an offer's been accepted but that certainly wasn't the case with F&C.

From the first phone call through to completion the support from the team and particularly Greg Perrins has been exceptional.
At our first meeting Greg conducted a very thorough analysis of our property and recommended an asking price of £1.5m which was £400k higher than other agents but from that first meeting I felt confident of his ability to sell our property.
He found us a buyer within days at the asking price and we completed in less than 2 months. The approach is proactive, with a high level of personalised professionalism.
I know the fee is slightly higher than other agents but in my opinion worth every penny!
