The Melvyn Danes team at the Solihull branch were simply amazing from the moment they answered my call to enquire about a valuation of my house to the day of completion!
Welcoming, friendly, approachable, efficient and very flexible around my availability. I was made to feel like their only client and felt they cared and had pride in all they did.
I would not hesitate in recommending Melvyn Danes to anyone who is thinking of selling their property and should I ever be in a position of selling a property again in the future, I would just go straight to Melvyn Danes.
A huge thank you to all at their Solihull branch, and in particular, Michelle and Shelley who I dealt with most and who were both so lovely and amazing at what they do! Thank you all so much!

I had several estate agents come to view the property I was looking at selling. Danes was the only one that came with a professional attitude and dress.
