We had Natasha as our main agent and could not fault her (having never had a half decent experience with an estate agent ever I didn't have high expectations so was surprised and super happy with the outcome), she got us an amazing sale price, was responsive, chased solicitors, other agents and everyone below us in the chain but all whilst being super calm and friendly - even when I had the odd meltdown. Nothing was too much trouble, I would recommend Pedder - and specifically Natasha, anyone would be lucky to have her on their team!

I very recently sold my home of over 27 years, so going back into the house selling business was massively daunting, however Pedders at Crystal Palace made it so very easy! From the valuation by friendly, very professional, non pushy Bill, the agency manager, it was clear from the outset which agency I would use out of the four I asked for valuations. From there Izabella, equally friendly, approachable, undaunted by any of the issues the lawyers uncovered, was a total delight to work with, massively reassuring, and always with a smile or a hug! I'd like to commend our property manager - Mr. Andrzej Szczepaniak. We live in Zambia so we obviously need an agent that is on the ball and switched on as we would say here. Mr. Szczepaniak is all of that and more. He let's us know when there is an issue and does so in a timely manner. He finds solutions prior to us having to ask what our options might be and he looks around to make sure we are getting the most cost effective actions done. We have been very pleased with his effort and is one of the reasons we are still with Pedder.
