I have just come across this website and I am so pleased that I can comment on the excellent service I have received of Roger and Michael at Hunters in Solihull. I sold my property through Dixons (eventually) and purchased a house through Hunters, the service I received from my agent was shocking and I would never use them again. However, Michael from Hunters was fantastic and the only person doing all the work out of all the agents in the chain. He kept the sale together, without him it would never have gone through due to my usless agent. Thank you once again. Miss R
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
