Everything about Key Wests Service has been appalling. Landlords beware - Do not use them! Specifically: 1. All costs were not included when a cost to be deducted from a deposit was processed. The person responsible said he 'I am sorry I forgot' - cost to me £300 which they refused to reimburse. 2. My Tenants reported me to Leicester City Council because a boiler was not fixed. Resulted in the Tenants wanting to move out. 3. The house was on the market for 10 weeks without one single review and no one spoke to me about it. A friend called and enquired about the house and they said they knew nothing about it.
