STAY CLEAR! I used them prior to them changing the name from Browns & Co UK. My tenant credit check shown he was only earning 16k and they signed him up regardless for my property with rent of 550 per month. Needless to say he couldnt afford . I can't issue a S21 as Browns didn't supply the correct paperwork. They won't take my calls. One time my rent was late because the company director was on holiday. The list is endless. STAY AWAY. I am pursuing this with my Attorny and issuing a formal complaint. I have asked them a number of times who the are registered with under the redress scheme but they won't respond. So doing our own investigation

Jan 14, 2021Have had a terrible experience with Karl and Rhiann who have stopped responding to my calls. They were managing my flat rentals and when tenant left without giving agreed one month's notice they never paid me from the deposit they held. Flat was never properly vacated after end of tenancy and when I had someone go and check, they objected saying it was a breach if confidence. My apartment keys were still with the tenant three weeks after the expiry of the contract under no intimation to me and when I questioned neither Karl nor Rhiann deemed it apnecessary to call. I live abroad and folliwing up for recovery of my money will be an uphill task. Please stay away from them. They are in professional and unreliable.
