Is a shame you cannot rate these people as -10 the certainly deserve it.
We have 12 properties with them.
Once they have installed a complicated tenant they Walk away and leanne it to us to manage.
Without exception every tenant has caused thousands of pounds worth of damage , they absolutely refuse to accept any responsibility for any of it, on the few occasions they do they send in someone to throw some paint around making the problem worse.
Don't go anywhere near them a complete cowboy outfitj

I'm not going to reel off every issue I have with these unscrupulous individuals and call them scammers, other than agreeing with all the negative comments littering the internet.
They are refusing to hand back MY property while having increased rental they receive from the council without increasing my income. They auto renewed my contract after I declined the renewal offer then are telling me they I am bound for another period based on me not have given them notice. A decline to sign an agreement which is clearly not an agreement from me for them to auto renew. I declined!!
I can only assume that an individual or the company is pocketing the rent increases (as nobody is being transparent and ignoring my direct questions).
When challenged they, ignore you, pass you around and ultimately threaten you with legal proceedings if you want to get your property back.
They have zero principles and they have rude and amateurish junior staff (SC & SA) who are there to mug you off at every turn. In all my years I've been lucky to have never been mugged, but I know how it feels like now.
I urge you to take heed and value the negative reviews no matter what response they post in reply to this review as this company has gone from great to despicable.
If you want to see where your money is going check out the CEO of this company on companies house website and then you will see that he lives in a mansion in Woodford…. While you just want your small investment buy to let back.

I agree with all the previous posts. Never agree a deal these people. You will struggle to get vacant possession back. We have been waiting over 12 months. We are now suing them for lost rent and failure to give us vacant possession.

Was in a 1 bedroom flat with my one year old and the ceiling collapsed while i was giving my son a bath! No matter how many times i've told them about the cracks on the ceiling and the dampness they just ignored me until it was too late, my son and i were injured because of this. The staff are horrible people always treating me like an animal.

An absolute disgrace of a company who have a complete lack of care for their tenants,, only there profits. On top of that totally incompatent staff who Never call back when they say they will. I have been a tenant in 1 of there properties for the last 3 month's and my property has been flooded 3 times and absolutely nothing is done about it. On top of that I have damaged property and 2 broken phones due to the flooding and again nothing is done about this . I've had to go to their ifftin Gants hill twice in the last week about this,,and once again Totally incompatent staff who promise to call and resolve the problems but I've yet to receive a call back. Avoid renting from Finefair at all costs..I shall be reporting all this to Redbridge council and let's see what they make of this utter disrespectful attitude towards Tennant's..

Having changed agents a couple times over the years, I have to say, finefair are hands down the most proactive of them all! I have 8 properties under their management, all of which are maintained very well.
Even during difficult times like these, I have had no issues with rent being paid on time, which is a relief since I chose finefair due to their guaranteed rent scheme.
MAny thanks to Jay for making the initial stages of switching over stress-free, as my previous agents were pathetic in dealing with even the most simplest of issues in a reasonable time-frame. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a professional team of capable individuals.

The management is very fast at responding to any problems I have had. Finfair manages 2 of my houses in east London and the maintainance on the houses is good so far.
I will keep dealing with this agent from now, they are the best agent I have used over the years.

I first found out about Finefair after seeing one of their billboards on Romford road and haven't looked back since giving both of my residential properties to them. They have a brilliant team of friendly staff who have been more than willing to help me over the past 18 months. In particular, Janine and Dee have been excellent! They have put two pleasant families in each of my houses and I have not had any issues to date. I would definitely contact them if you are looking for an agent who is dependable!

I have been with Finefair for over 10 years now and their management has been outstanding year on year. Having been with Finefair for the past five years, they have never failed to provide me with the best quality service. Gave them my house on a lease under guarantee rent scheme when returned to me house was in a terrible state, seems they had not been inspecting annually as they should. Gave them my house on a lease under guarantee rent scheme when returned to me house was in a terrible state, seems they had not been inspecting annually as they should. The client had wrecked the house, it was a tip both inside and the garden. Finefair agreed to make do the damaged cause, did a very shoddy job all through the house. Replaced an integrated cooker with a mini cooker that did not fit, painted walls with Latex paint splashed all over the socket , skirting and painted over existing wallpaper etc I Had to pay out to have it done to a reasonable standard. Was not able to get any response to my calls or emails from Finefair they hid behind the excuse of limited staff due to COVID19. I will be wary of using them if you are considering using them.

There is an out of hours number for emergencies but they do not respond . We had a leak and it was going into the electrics so very unsafe . Fine fair did not answer or even send anyone to make safe.
