I would advise everyone to do their research before getting involved with this company. The director has recently been the subject of multiple court hearings/FTT cases for his fraudulent management. I wish I could give '0' stars. Went to FTT, First Tier Tribunal due to unreasonable service charrges and demands. The court decided in favour of the leaseholders but the tribunal's decision does not appear to be being correctly adhered to and further problems persist. Please note, ... Read Full Review
The fees continue to rise with a seeming decline in maintenance of the block. Since taking over the management of this block, the agent's fees have risen and continue to rise despite a tribunal deciding they were unreasonable.
