As a landlord I have dealt with Next Move for some years, and have always found the staff to be reliable, friendly and helpful. They have resolved some quite complex issues for me successfully. I am also aware that all our tenants over the years have never complained about the service they have received.

I have been renting 2 properties through Next Move for many years now and have always been very happy with my experience. They have always successfully found good new tenants for me at decent rates and offered sensible advice. Over the years they, and particularly Sean, have been really supportive to me about many other matters, as I manage the property myself once rented out. I have often called them for advice on certain issues related to renting, they have always kept keys for workmen to collect as I live the other side of the city, and have even gone out of their way to go over to the flat for me to help in emergency situations. I can really recommend renting through this company

A bully working as a Director of Next Move estate agents. The guy is an absolutely disgusting and highly unprofessional person who will respond in the most rude way possible, be passive aggressive in dealing with your requests as a tenant and if you ever have complaints be prepared for bullying and indirect threats. I know the London market is hard to navigate but people like this don't deserve to run a business and put tenants through hell so I would advise you from personal experience to avoid at ALL COSTS dealing with Next Move. He will try to convince you that any problem at their property is "your fault" or in my case living in a house with 98% measured humidity he told me it was because "I was not opening the windows" and not because the flat was 200 years old with no proper insulation. I never wrote a review for any agent i came across in London, even though many of them were incompetent, but this one is a hazard and is dangerous to have dealings with. I seriously believe with all complains I read online, if people would try and sue them they would be out of business soon. Please respect yourself and find another place, maybe an incompetent agency but at least one that won't bully you or pose a threat to your mental health or your inner peace. The man is disgusting.

Relatively useless estate agent. We had already put the holding deposit down at this stage and made arrangements to move. They should have done this before. Communication throughout could have been better, and the agent who conducted viewings to future tenants at the end of our contract was rude and not at all informed about the flat and which furnishings came with it. Felt like we had to do everything.

Sean Hinds has been especially helpful in transitioning to our new property as well as organising viewings for our existing property, alongside some of his other colleagues. This was done in a very unintrusive way and bookings were always made well in advance.
When we moved between properties, Sean was a big help in ensuring property check out and check in went as smoothly as possible, especially considering we were out of the country for a few days in between. He even helped track down some very important mail from an old property which saved me a huge amount of stress, which I'm hugely grateful for!
Based on these experiences, we'll be looking to NextMove for our next property should we decide to move on in the future!
