Mann and Co in Lewisham have been helping me over several years on the occasions that I needed some help with finding tenants. They have always secured good tenants and were quick to strike up a good working relationship. Scott and his team are proactive, flexible and use their initiative.
More recently, I received notice from a tenant just prior to the Covid19 UK lockdown. I held little hope of securing a tenant until after the Pandemic. However, Scott and his team not only managed the departing tenants expectations (appropriate notice was not given) and check out, but, against my wildest expectations, found a new tenant within a week. This also involved assistance from James Arnold (Area Manager, SE London Lettings) from the Beckenham office. I was impressed that James was already abreast of the status when Scott went onto Furlough. Similarly, Scott was quickly back up to speed upon his return.

Would strongly recommend Mann Lettings' services. I was looking to rent out my property for the first time and the whole process from my first interaction to my new tenants movings in went very smoothly. I appreciated the care that Scott and his team took to find me the right tenants rather than rushing things and throwing me the first people that inquired about my property like other agencies. I felt in total trust, comfortable reaching out to the team with any questions I had ( They're very friendly), and chose them to be my agency. On top of their top notch service, I found that their fees were also one of the best on the market. I highly recommend!
