They took weeks to sort out a parking space, took a large deposit, failed to deliver a parking permit and then hassled no end when they received a small payment for a car parking space a couple of days late due to a bank error. Warning this company will call you at work, email you and text you constantly when they don't get what they want, yet they happily sit back and wait for you to do the ground work when you want to do business with them.

We are deeply frustrated with the ongoing issues we have experienced since moving into the property managed by CHOICES. Despite multiple attempts to communicate with Robyn and Chantel, who repeatedly stated they would provide answers, we have yet to receive any response regarding several serious concerns.
-Uninhabitable Conditions: The windows in the apartment are non-functional, making it impossible to ventilate the space properly. This violates basic health and safety standards. We have raised this issue numerous times, but our calls and emails continue to be ignored.
-Unsanitary Property Upon Arrival: When we moved in, the property was in a filthy state, despite being told it had been scheduled for professional cleaning. This was clearly not the case.
-Unrepaired Damage: The previous tenant damaged various items in the property that were never repaired or replaced, and no clear answers have been given regarding this either.
-Outstanding Bills: The previous tenants left unpaid bills that have yet to be addressed. Despite informing the agency, no action has been taken.
The lack of response and the unacceptable state of the property has made this entire experience a nightmare from the start. If I were a landlord or a tenant, I would never work with or recommend your agency due to these ongoing issues and unprofessional handling of the situation.

My engagement with Choices was a really good.one. As a whole they were very informative, friendly and most of all supportive through the whole process. Especially Tunde, he really helped me throughout the renting process, and was both willing to go the extra mile and also being honest with me. When meeting with the rest of Choices, I didn't feel like it was just an agency trying to get money out of customers but a place filled with genuine down to earth people.
