Homes on Web are the best estate agents we've ever worked with. We we nervous about using an agent that wasn't established on a High Street, but we shouldn't have worried and now wouldn't go back. They are great value for money and were dedicated to selling our home. They went above and beyond and obviously really cared, not just about selling our house, but about achieving the result that was best for us. The pictures of our house were of astounding quality, helpful advice was available and were always happy to answer any queries we had. Even when the process got a little bumpy, they made it feel calm and smooth. Would absolutely use again and recommend to anyone.

Everyone at Homes on Web are fantastic, so patient, friendly and helpful. Steve and Mark work so well together they complement each other perfectly.
Our experience right from the beginning has been nothing short of outstanding with HoW, our sale wasn't straight forward by any means, and at times it was extremely frustrating and nerve wracking, but Steve and Mark were always positive and reassuring and did their upmost to assist and get the job done. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending these guys, and if I could give the ten ⭐️ I would!!

What can I say about all at Homes on Web. My wife I have bought and sold houses in our time but selling this house was very hard for me as I had to do this one on my own and everybody at Homes on Web helped me with this from the first phone call I made to the final day of moving they were still on the phone checking everything was going ok and delt with everything I needed help with. They even called me a few days later to see i had moved into my new house ok not like the estate agent I bought through never heard from them after got key. (5 star plus from me) Thanks Homes on Web

HOW held my hand through the sale of our late mums bungalow. The whole team showed such empathy and care. They always kept me updated and well informed every step of the way. I couldn’t have asked for better agents in Steve and Mark. Made a very difficult time so much easier I would highly recommended HOW !!!

Steve, Mark and Lauren did a fantastic job of marketing and selling my property in a very difficult climate.
I initially went with another larger agent and was unimpressed with their lacklustre service. Homes on Web were completely different; they were friendly, genuine and proactive throughout, they offer everything the other agents do but at a lower cost and with a more personal touch.
I cannot recommend them highly enough and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again myself!

Steve and his team were a fantastic help from start to finish. As it was my first time selling a house, Steve offered great support throughout the process and was always there when I had any queries. His team (Mark & Lauren) were always on hand from helping with paperwork to supporting me in finding a home. Although I only sold my home through HOW, they were consistent with their work and demonstrated great knowledge in the industry. Thank you for all your help!

Homes on Web are amazing!
The best estate agents I’ve ever been with. Alan and Lauren were both very accommodating and friendly. From the minute I first contacted them about a property they was helpful and on the ball, everything was sorted easily and quickly. They always kept us updated and if I emailed them I got a response almost straight away. Communication was never a problem and you can tell that they are passionate about their jobs and helping people. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they were always happy to help.
I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and family.

Hands down Alan is the most efficient real estate agent I have ever come across. Later they even helped us to rent the property. Though we had some bumps in getting the property rented, Homes on Web ( Alan Rogers and Steve Rogers ) were very keen and focused to get the property rented and finally rented it out. Also, they even helped me to prepare the property for the rent which was requiring few repairs and cleaning. Overall, I would recommend them to rent or buy the property through them.

I wanted to buy the property and move in before our anniversary, "H O W" team understood what it meant to me and also made sure the sellers were also on the same page and they made it happen. Very friendly and approachable. Mark showed me the property and was constantly in touch right from the price negotiation to agree on moving in date. Steve provided me updates on the progress made by the conveyancing team and. Overall I moved in a week before our anniversary and were able to settle in. Now we are enjoying our new property.
