Managed to ruin it, while we had a deposit on the property! They moved really slowly which in the end made the landlord decide to move with another offer, while we already paid our deposit! Meanwhile, we hadn't heard from them for 3 working days after we finalised the documents...

Ps. This experience was in stark contrast to our encounter with one of their competitors in the area who we lost patience with after having been messed around with over a period of weeks regarding a similar property in the area. The contrast in dealing with Aston Rowe was clear as day.

In April when I walked into Aston Rowe and asked for a valuation on the same day (on Saturday) it was not an issue. Harry has been an amazing estate agent. As I had a very stressful job I could only deal with private matters after office hours. Harry was always available until approx 8pm. The sale of my property went very smoothly although we had to deal with the referendum and the aftermath. Harry was always on top of things and chased everyone to make the sale happen. In the past estate agents have always given me a big headache for me but Harry's willpower, friendliness, helpfulness and knowledge have really impressed me. Well done Harry and thank you again for helping me to sell my beloved flat.

You couldn't find a better estate agent in London if you tried. Down to earth, frank, hilariously funny, genuine and a true people person, Harry sincerely wants you to find the right property. As a buyer, I've known Harry for well over a year and the stability and energy he brings to the role have kept me going long after I would have given up. He even put me in touch with a competing buyer because he thought we had a lot in common! Talk about over and above the call of duty! Harry was fantastic to work with - from the outset he understood exactly what we wanted and we spoke the same language. He is a great communicator and not your stereotypical estate agent (i.e. didn't try to persuade us to like things we didn't like!) He helped us with a very difficult vendor and bent over backwards trying to achieve what we needed, often out of hours and on weekends. We would definitely recommend him and hope to have him over for a glass of champagne when we have finished doing up our property.

We were all ready to exchange 14th March, when the buyer pulled out do to her mother being suddenly sick. Within 24 hours Harry had got me another buyer (15th March) and together with LDN conveyancing we managed to get the whole thing completed in 2 weeks!

Harry is fun and great to chat with making the whole process much easier and more pleasant than it could have been! He also went out of his way to help in more ways than one, including renting a hotel room for my tenant for the last night, as the buyer would not exchange without vacant possession, which was great as I live in Kenya!
I could not recommend someone more highly than Harry!
