We had several estate agents keen to sell our pretty wiltshire cottage, but once Fine and Country had viewed and talked with us, we had no doubts that we wanted them to market our house. Matt and the team sifted our discerning buyers so viewers knew what to expect and did not waste anyone’s time.
Then it got tricky to exchange and Matt and Steven helped me to manage my anxiety and all’s well that ends well. I would definitely recommend the team, Sarah /Susan/Caroline /Kate always accessible and helpful. Five stars all around - Monty the little dog did not seem to pull his weight mind!

We agreed a price for both selling our old house and buying the new one within 24 hours of the first viewing of the old house. Steve was enthusiastic, encouraging and available throughout. Moving house is inevitably a stressful business but he managed to help us navigate any rough waters and give us good advice when we needed it.

They have an active list of buyers and were able to gain a lot of interest in the property. I would not hesitate to use them again and would happily recommend them to other sellers.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
Complaints Procedure
We are committed to providing a professional service to all our clients and customers. When something goes wrong, we need you to tell us about it. This will help us to improve our standards.
If you have a complaint, please put it in writing, including as much detail as possible. We will then respond in line with the timeframes set out below (if you feel we have not sought to address your complaints within eight weeks, you may be able to refer your complaint to the Property Ombudsman to consider without our final viewpoint on the matter).
What will happen next?
• We will send you a letter acknowledging receipt of your complaint within three working days of receiving it, enclosing a copy of this procedure.
• We will then investigate your complaint. This will normally be dealt with by a director who will review your file and speak to the member of staff who dealt with you. A formal written outcome of our investigation will be sent to you within 15 working days of sending the acknowledgement letter.
• If, at this stage, you are still not satisfied, you should contact us again and we will arrange for a separate review to take place by a senior member of staff.
• We will write to you within 15 working days of receiving your request for a review, confirming our final viewpoint on the matter.
• If you are still not satisfied after the last stage of the in-house complaint procedure (or more than 8 weeks has elapsed since the complaint was first made) you can request an independent review from The Property Ombudsman without charge.
