As a self employed having to move property during covid was one eye opener. Havind worked with 2 other agencies and they failed to deliver and communication was poor. THEN I met Ahmad, he showed me the property i requested for and went above and beyond to ensure my move in was at the exact date I requested . He was on top of every of the process and communication was exceptional!

Horrific experience with what we thought was a reputable company.
Turns out that all CE wants to do is hold back money from the bond.
Few comments as follows.
Shocking admin by the inventory company - operative was a kid and 1st day on the job, no experience, no supervision.
Apartment was not clean and various items broken.
CE very quick to demand deposit 1st payment etc etc.
CE VERY SLOW IN REINBURSING MONIES OWED. various time frames bantered around, we felt like we were being strung along.
Oh and CE actually asked for a 5 STAR REVIEW prior to the process being completed.
Joke company
I am still considering sharing this and associated documents with our combined 10 thousand+ followers on LinkedIn and various other platforms.

Our property manager, Muhammad is very responsive, he gets back to us either same day or the next working day and the main delays have only been coming from suppliers. We’ve have some ongoing queries and I don’t doubt that he will be able to help us sort everything out as quickly as possible.

Our renewal process was incredibly easy, we got in touch early but everything was handled within a week or two, and I was grateful for how proactive the team were.
I obviously can’t speak for the process of leaving the property yet, but I have high hopes and have been pleasantly surprised after seeing some bad reviews for this company.

We contacted Chase Evans for a valuation of our property with view to sell. It was initially a poor start as we waited 2 weeks to hear from them whereas other agents replied promptly within 24-48hrs. We feel this is an important factor as we want agents to be prompt and responsive and show an interest in their clients.
In the meantime, we had two other consultations with other agents who were encouraging. We therefore decided to cancel our appointment with Chase Evans. Whilst we appreciate 'out of interest' questions about our decision making, what we do not ever appreciate is immediate negativity towards our property that they have never seen. Using phrases like 'no offence' before slating where we live does not make comments less offensive, but it does highlight your agents character and professionalism, or lack of.
To have had a better experience, we would have wanted prompt communication, confirmation of appointments arranged, and more professionalism towards to us cancelling our appointment rather than petty comments.

I have been trying to get a property to rent in London specifically in Croydon even before I could relocate to the UK. I’ve had worst experiences with other letting agencies. Fortunately, I got in touch with Ahmad and he is truly a man of his words. From start to end there were no changes in his words or promises mad. He was readily available all the time. He even spoke to our reference to explain the process to them. He didn’t make false promises like other lering agents. Till we entered the property he was right there helping us in each and every single thing.I must say that Chase Rvans has a gem in their team. Thank you very much for all your help Ahmad. I really appreciate it and wish you all the very best in your future endeavors.
Another person is Chloe Thomas- Newton. I couldn’t tag him in here. He made sure that all the procedures took place without any delay and always responded in time. He was crystal clear with each thing that was conveyed to us by him. Thank you very much and I wish you all the very best for your future endeavors.
Because of these 2 men especially because of Ahmad we moved into the property of our choice right on time. I will refer Chase Evans to my friends for their outstanding customer service.

If you ever have the bad luck of having to deal with Chase Evans, just walk away. Seriously, even if it's the dream home or the perfect apartment, just walk away. I dealt with the Greenwich office and it was the worst possible experience, completely useless at what they do. They were incapable of sorting even the smallest of taks like arraiging a check-in and make sure it is actually happening and that they are on hand in case anything happens - like them. giving one time to us and another one to the check-in clerk and not being available to sort it out for hours as we were sitting outside the block with all our stuff. They did not check the cleaning for check-in and so, so so so on. They are of-course the same company that manages the apartament, where surprise... they are just as bad. They do nothing but take money. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

STAY AWAY FROM CHASE EVANS!
While the contract negotiation and signing process was smooth, our experience since moving into the flat has been a nightmare. We flagged a list of maintenance issues on arrival, many of which have not been dealt with after more than two months in the flat.
Kareena, the Property Manager has provided an atrocious level of service. She has deminstrated a very shaky grasp of detail and extremely poor project management and communication skills. She has sent four contractors to visit the property, none of whom have been able to fix the issues we have flagged. Getting information from Kareena is like drawing blood from a stone - she has appeared disinterested, unreactive and utterly incompetent.
After more than two months, we are still waiting for very basic things to be delivered, including an oven rack, microwave plate and toilet seat. The shower was left broken for 6 weeks. The interphone is still not repaired.
If you are lucky enough to read this before signing a contract with Chase Evans, then save yourselves the endless frustration and use another agent.
