When we put my brothers house up for sale, Lewis McCarty came round to advise us and suggest a price to sell at, he looked the part, smart attire and on time. He was friendly and professional and we had no hesitation in using Ryfder and Dutton above the other local agents that hadn't shown us the same courtesy.
Lindsey Power was our appointed contact in the office and she has kept us fully informed every step of the way, there has not been one occasion when I had to initiate the call. When an offer came in she phoned us and advised against accepting immediately. When the buyer had another survey done and was seeking a price reduction she spoke with the purchaser at length to explain about surveys. Lindsey sent ue regular emails ex[laining what was happening and made the sale process a very calm experience, and if I was in the same position again I would ask that Lindsey be my contact. Any buyer or seller will be very lucky if Lindsey becomes their contact. Thank you Lindsey.

had a shocking time selling my house which took 7 months, our point of contact was Elki terrible service from start to her passing over to Lindsey who was not much better. there was no sight of mortgage from my buyer until 14 weeks into the process which then failed due to changes in the market... had a shocking time selling my house which took 7 months, our point of contact was Elki terrible service from start to her passing over to Lindsey who was not much better. there was no sight of mortgage from my buyer until 14 weeks into the process which then failed due to changes in the market place. there financial advise put my buyer with the worst mortgage company they could find. sale eventually went through on the last day. only ever had updates about how things were processing when i contacted them not the other way round. also information was passed to the lender that they did not need to know. shocking service would never use ryder & dutton again.

Well where do I start?! Carmel was absolutely amazing with my whole application. I was guided thoroughly with the best options to suit me as a young girl first time moving house and was given so much help with everything I felt uneasy or worried about. Amanda was also so so helpful with aspects of my application to help me reach my goal of moving in date which meant a lot as it was short notice . I would highly recommend using this agency as I’ve had nothing but positivity from start to finish and felt like the staff members really cared about what I was looking for. Thanks again!!

Excellent continued service from Ryder & Dutton. As a first time landlord, I needed a lot of support and comfort with the intricacies of the process, and Ryders left me constantly reassured. Carmel Eveleigh has been my point of contact since my property was marketed, and I have been updated every step of the way.
The platform Ryders use to manage the property has been a really helpful secondary source of information for me, insofar as tracking viewings, potential tenants, etc, and coupled with the personal touch from Carmel, I have been completely satisfied with their support.
I would recommend Ryder & Dutton (and all of their excellent team) to all landlords, but particularly those who are new to the process.
