I've been a tenant with Romans for over three years now the company on the whole is excellent and this is due to the professionalism of the staff. I pay my rent in person every month and I'm always greeted very warmly but the one member of staff that stands out from the crowd is Sharon Tubb she resolves any problems or uncertainties we have very promptly . Her communication skills are second to none and she oozes professionalism

Honestly I dont know how they still manage to operate. If everyone weve had to deal with as a property manager put their heads together and tried to arrange a piss up in a brewery they wouldn't be able to do it. After about 6 changes I dont actually know who our property manager is anymore. They arrange visits but never turn up, on 3 occasions they have not known where the management key is for our property. It just seems like a massive shambles. We had to negotiate the initial admin fees with them as they were ridiculously high.

Romans Lettings (and before that Whiteknights) have been managing my let property in Reading for a number of years and over that time I have almost always consulted with Sharon Tubb. However, once the small talk is over, Sharon always gives good advice and deals competently and promptly with whatever concerns I may have or problems that may arise at the property. Romans have been an excellent agent and we have rented through them for the last 2 and a half years. Sharon Tubb has gone above and beyond to make sure our tenancy and our needs are taken care of with the minimum of fuss. She deals with any concerns that arise with the utmost professionalism and care, organising things where necessary in a speedy and efficient manner and in a way that causes absolutely no inconvenience to us. On top of this, Sharon is friendly and very approachable, we have no hesitation in contacting her whenever necessary. We would not hesitate to recommend both Romans and, especially, Sharon.

Romans have been managing my property for 3 years now. I can honestly say that I have never come across a more professional and approachable estate agents as Romans.
I love the fact I have direct communications with a property manager, in my case it is Sharon Tubb, she is in constant communications with quarterly property reviews, and in case of any assistance required either by myself or the Tenant, she gives full attention in an efficient manner.
There are many agents out there that do not give as half as much attention as the staff at Romans, especially in my case Sharon.
Worthy of all the awards the company has achieved and have no qualms in recommending them to all my friends and colleagues.

In past where i had problems with Accounts department not even ans ring my E mails. Emma has gone out of her way to get answers for me from department which is not her. I would not hesitate to recommend Emma Doel to any Landlords who like to let their properties with Romans.

Attended the viewing on time and provided the information asked for either at the viewing or later. Went out of their way in transporting us between two properties (and then back again when we left a handbag at the first one!)
Provided information of further properties matching our requirements.
Responsed quickly and efficiently after we made an offer and continued to help afterwards with further viewing of the chosen property.
Generally very friendlly and helpful.

We also sold our property through Romans and were very happy with the way in which they dealt with us. Having tried twice before to sell it, we were pleased with the number of viewings and speed with which they secured a sale. Lisa was particularly helpful in making sure we went through within the suggested timescale. Our purchase has been slightly more complicated and a few issues have cropped up, however Neil has been really helpful in making sure things progress as much as they can and has been a pleasure to deal with. Lisa has also been really supportive in trying to ensure we reach the outcome we want.
