A hellish experience ! Robsons got a lot of people through the door, many not serious purchasers. Once an offer was agreed they lost interest , it was up to us to follow up everything (vendor extremely unwell and vulnerable). Stirred up a lot of friction between us and the purchaser, truly unpleasant. I actually witnessed the estate agents conversation with the purchasers as I was waiting outside their Chorleywood office social distancing, a totally unprofessional service and altogether traumatic . Very sad 60 years of happy home ownership ended like that.
