Karen Ritchie estate agents were brilliant from start to finish highly recommended to all. Helped sell my late sisters house within 1 week.

My house had been up for sale with another agent for 6 months with very little interest. I went to Karen Richie and she sold it within 2 weeks and really supported the buyer and ourselves to the point of exchange. If you want a great agent go to Karen Richie who responds to phone calls and emails and is able to do viewings at flexible times - I will definitely use again - Thank you

Excellent service from start to finish. Karen came highly recommended and she (and her team) lived up to expectations. Detailed knowledge of both the local housing market and interested parties enabled a speedy sale at a fair price. The emphasis on accompanied viewings was also very helpful to us. The team kept us well-informed and their friendly approach made for an enjoyable process.

They acted on my behalf as intermediary's between solicitors and the buyers, negotiating the sale price and the completion date. I am 100% satisfied with the service I received. If you are selling a property choose Karen Ritchie Estates .......... you wont be disappointed.
